Analysing historical NFTs for my blog post ‘Derivatives in historical NFTs‘, I also scrutinised coins (cryptocurrencies, mainly as logo) and NFT images (unaltered, crypto-collectible as cards) in historical NFTs for the 2015 & 2016 period, all on Dogeparty and Bitcoin Counterparty. In general, the years before 2020 are valuables for NFTs historical significance. See them all and find the coins and NFT card images:

Dogeparty
1st NFT with a coin logo
Early Dogeparty tokens had sometime no image for the 2014 to 2016 period. Often the current NFT images were added later. Some had their image published in xchain.io (now tokenscan.io) when issued. Reviewing them I find VIKINGS that is on 16th of August 2014 the 1st NFT with a coin logo image (Bitcoin):
